Hahaha.. I never looked at it that way. I think the artist just wanted to convey the message of not blaming God for everything bad that comes over way but to look at the bigger picture. He abviously didn't include the doctrinal theology of the supereme power of Him above.

The Lord God is 100% perfect and never fails in anyway; This portrayal is grossly incorrect as it shows that a fragment can be missed.
If that human got hit, it is not because of the inability of the LORD to shield him; rather, the LORD has willed it to happen to this human.

Haiz, it's just a product of somebody's imagination and represents one perspective out of many. For me, I'll just laugh at it and move on.
