Hectic Weekend

As Annie wrote about her weekend, I shall wrote about mine.

Saturday: Woke up at 8.30 a.m. Quickly get dressed for work at 9 a.m. Having lived only 5 mins drive away from work is a great advantage in this case.

Finished work at 12.30 p.m. Got home, read online news, took 4 slices of bread as lunch and took a nap at 1.30 p.m. Woke up at 5.30 p.m. Got dressed to go to church. Darn, it is raining outside. Guess I will be wet when I reach church in my motorcycle.

10.30 p.m. - Reached home. Watched some tv and slowly going into sleeping mode. Finally slept around 1 a.m.

Sunday: Woke up at 6.40 a.m. Oh boy, today would be a one long day. Getting ready to attend the English service at church. Warming up my voice as I am worship leading today. Hope it won't crack like a toad when I start to sing.

7.15 a.m. Already in church getting ready with the band to rehearse some songs for the 8 a.m service.

The English second service started at 10.30 a.m. and ended at 12.30 p.m. Right after the service I had some music practice for next week sunday service and the wedding service later in the day. Wanted to return home right away after the practice but it was raining again. Don't want to get wet as I need to return for the wedding service later. So waited till 2 p.m. and finally the rain subsided.

3.30 p.m - Already back in the church again. Only managed to get some 20min shut eye at home as my sleep been disrupted by phone calls asking about the wedding service.

6.15 p.m. - Reached home again to rest for a while and for a change of clothes. The wedding started 45mins late! Don't know whats delaying the bride and the bridgroom. I would be home much earlier if the wedding started on time. Sigh.

7.40 p.m. Unable to get a quick shut eye. By now I'm already dead tired. I need to get back to church as I'm heading the drama practices that starting at 8 p.m. Muscle up all my strenght back and head back to church.

11 p.m. Drama practice was fun. The kids were amazing when you tell them that they can do all kinds of crazy things and nobody will scold them today. Has a post-mortem meeting to decide which kid to get the main roles. Had a hard time to decide who to give the roles to as all the kids were as talented. Feeling kinda sorry to dissapoint some of them. Am really dead tired by now and hungry too. Mom was kind enough to leave some leftover food for me so I had my dinner around midnight!

1 a.m. Trying very hard to sleep.....

Monday (today) : 4.30 a.m. : The phone rings. "Are you awake?" my pastor asked. "Yeah, I'm awake," I said groggryly. I quickly jumped out from my bed and wash my face. I'm supposed to fetch my pastor and another company to the airport catch a 7 a.m. flight. My pastor is heading to Indonesia for a mission trip and I promised him that I will send him to the airport. Was kind of fresh thoughout the journey to the airport even though I had barely 3 hours of sleep...

5.30 a.m. : Dropped them off at the airport and I heads towards Subang Jaya. I have to meet up with a friend for breakfast at 9 a.m. I reached that place around 6.30 a.m. Since it's too early to knock on my friend's door, I decided to look for a quite spot and sleep in my car.

9 a.m. : I was suprised that I was able to sleep in my small kelisa car! Felt much rested. In fact I don't feel like waking up! Hehe. Drove over to my friends house and off we go for his regular tim sum restaurant.

11.30 a.m. I drove toward to Klang as I need to service a sound installation I did there last year. Apparently there is some broken speakers I need to check out and retune the system.

4.30 p.m. : Finally finished the servicing and I quickly drive off to Cheras to my suppliers warehouse as I need to pick up my orders. Hopefully I can beat the jam and reach there before 5.30 p.m.

5.00 p.m. I reached Cheras! Wow, the road is almost without jam today! Thank God. Now that I've pick up the goods I will need to deliver it to the studio in the another part in Cheras.

6.00 p.m. - 10.00 p.m. : Was in this studio in Taman Billion trying to set the things up and running for them. The studio owner was new to this business and needed help in the technical area of setting up a recording studio. That's where I step in. I'm like a audio consultant to them already. Hehehe.

10 p.m. -11 p.m. : Drove back home to Seremban.

11 p.m. - 12.30 p.m. : Read Annie's post and decided to type this post with my eyes half shut. Sorry lots of grammar and "granma" mistakes yeah. My schedules are hectic yeah.....zzzzzZZZZZZZZZZZZZ....
